First, try typing www.Chartmetric.com (instead of .io) in your web browser and logging in there, if this does not work please follow the steps below.
- Use a different web browser, currently this is only affecting users in Safari.
- Allow cookies for Chartmetric.io and Chartmetric.com (under privacy settings)
- Uncheck 'prevent cross-site tracking’ for older versions of Safari. Since our front-end (chartmetric.io) is talking to (api.chartmetric.com) right now.
